Health Tips for Working Women

Health is the most important thing to be maintained. Of-course, We earn to live and to live we eat. In this running lifestyle I accept we find no time for our-self. Only if we are healthy, our family will be taken care of and we can handle things both at home and at office. We need stamina to overcome all the struggle and to meet all the responsibilities. So ladies!! take care of your health. Here are some of the health tips for working women.

  1. Make sure you add atleast two vegetables in your daily cooking.
  2. Three days in a week, either breakfast or lunch, should have any type of greens (Keerai).
  3. Intake of 2-3 dates daily will keep in check of your heomoglobin level in your blood.
  4. Have atleast 3 litre of water daily. If you are currently taking below this quantity, bet yourself and start drinking the mentioned quantity. You will definitely see the difference.
  5. Immediately after getting from bed drink 1-2 glasses of warm water. This will boost your body and keep it fit for the whole day.
  6. Avoid junk foods and pack fruits and nuts as snacks. You may have it in your break time or while commuting to office.
  7. Even if you have no time for morning walk/jog or exercise, please find some time, say a 10-15 min, to do small exercises like surya namaskar. Surya Namaskaram in the early morning is really very effective combination of both stretches and breathing exercise.
  8. Go Green in your plate. Take a oath to eat only natural, healthy and homemade food and not to touch junk/ restaurant food.
